I’ve always said choose your brand of crazy. Either you believe that an unseen higher power designed the universe and the world we inhabit and left us instruction on how to live or you believe the universe and its vast complexities came about by accident from of an explosion of chaos out of nothing which then organized itself perfectly for life to thrive. Let’s face it, they’re both nuts. For me personally, one has hope of something more. That we’re not simply an accident that gets you 80 years if you’re lucky and then just like that, you’re gone forever.

That to me feels very empty. But, I will say if that genuinely brings you to comfort it’s your life and you can live it however you choose and the more power to you.
